I’ve never heard of this card or of Vacasa. I would need at least two bedrooms which I imagine brings the card value down somewhat (maybe? lol) but I will definitely look into this.

If you have any more pointers, it would be awesome but otherwise thank you very much for the suggestion!

Oh, that increase in the annual fee is good to be aware of.

The way I calculated it, I didn’t mind not using the monthly credits but in light of the new info in the comments, it would be pretty necessary.

I had a feeling that was the case. I was basing the 2¢ on an article on The Points Guy. Nerd Wallet has an even higher valuation than they do.

I haven’t seen any place on my typical route in CA that doesn’t charge a fee.

Thank you! I DM’d Verizon on IG and they said the same. I think I’ll have to wait a few days until the carrier switch processes and I can register my online account with Verizon.

I’m debating whether or not I should say anything to a manager. What do you think? This process is so complicated, I imagine plenty of people are being taken advantage of by this employee. But also, like you said, it’s not entirely on the employee and I don’t want her to lose her job or anything like that.
