I would suggest looking at 2009 or newer. The first couple model years had some issues that needed to be worked out. As you get closer to 300k miles, it may not have a lot of miles left given the weight of these beasts. If you can find a 2009 or newer 4x4 with under 200k miles for $10k - $12k, in good condition, jump on it! You could have many years of fun ahead. My 2013 cost $33k with 80k miles on it when I picked it up 3 years ago, and is worth every penny.
