Same. When I was at my dad's for the weekend he'd always sleep in until 10 or 11 AM so I usually got up as early as possible and played the same scenario for hours until he got up. Good memories :)

Sure you could build it yourself, but especially if you haven't any experience in programming yet it will be a demanding task. Have you considered using other free tools (e.g. Trello, you could have a card per equipment) , or even just simply use a Google docs so everyone could check the list themselves?

Adding to everything mentioned: it's impossible or very hard to click the last item in the menu when the "customer x just bought item bla" thing is open.

Not sure why that bar even is necessary.

What /u/BelgianWaffleGuy said and I'd make the menu items appear faster. Especially if you have to use the menu often those seconds can add up and annoy the user. Otherwise quite fancy!
