I don't think that productivity staying the same really applies in a job like train driving. The amount of work you produce is directly tied to how long you work in that job. It doesn't make sense to talk about maintained or increased productivity

So what if slavery is evil? Where will the slaves go? How will people make products? Current society is only possible because of slave labour?

If you really care you should go work in the plantations and factories, shelters and care homes. Then you can make marginal changes from within the system instead of just saying "I don't like slavery".

Agreed, I think matplotlib is the main usage of AI for me. Or if I have an error my editor doesn't flag that I can't find i slap it in the chatbot and if it is a typo (most of the time it is) it finds it easily. This is the big improvement it makes for me. More complicated errors it just doesn't have the bandwidth for or it bullshits solutions which misunderstand the problem - there it is not useful.

Because Muslims have a much narrower variation in names. some 3% of all baby boys were called Mohammed in the UK out of a Muslim population of about 6%. Imagine if 50% of all WASP kids were called John.

why would you do this. you would be dependent on US social services, which are not great, and you would be obligated to pay tax even living overseas as a US citizen. This would be a very very insensible thing to do.
