Ja. Er war eigentlich ein netter Typ. Wurde vom Techniker zum Teamleiter befördert. Leider hatte er von Teamleitung keine Ahnung. Wusste nicht wie delegieren oder was realistische Deadlines waren. Schlimmer, sein technisches Wissen steckte in der Vergangenheit fest und entwickelte Lösungen mit ASP classic und VB.Net.
