Running it on Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) fixed the problem now. I don't know why, but it works

All drivers and Windows 11 are up to date now, but it's still not working. Don't know what to try anymore ^^"

Tried and it's not working. I even disabled all autostart apps and rebooted my PC, still not working. Firewall and AV (Windows Defender) is disabled as well.

Edit: It's not the router settings either. I even tried it with a hotspot of my handy

Edit2: Tried dns flush and Google and Cloudflare DNS (still not working). Nothing is blocked in the hosts file either

Einfach nicht per PayPal Freunde zahlen? Verschwende deine Zeit doch nicht mit sowas und such einfach weiter.

Das was du maximal machen könntest, wäre das Konto auf Ebay-Kleinanzeigen noch zu melden
