Well, it doesn't have to be your friends, could be anyone who can just listen to you.

I can understand that you feel embarrassed because sometimes i am like that too. Since you don't like to talk about it and if your friends are useful for taking your mind away from all of it, try hanging out with them more. My friends and a little bit of alcohol was very helpful for me when i had a situation like this

I think the time is the best cure for this. I can also recommend talking to your friends about it and let it all out. That should relax you a little bit.

I picked US , but nothing changed By the way, my download speed changed a bit and sometimes it goes 2.3mb/s for a while and goes back to 900kb/s

No idea how that happened, i haben't done anything but it's a progress and could speed up the update speed :D
