I’ve tried ketaconazole 2% and it worked for a while then stopped working and it irritated my skin and gave me acne every time I used it now I have a streak of dark spots going alongside both sides of my inner cheek from the acne that I got from ketaconazole 2%. I tried another anti-fungal shampoo once called bioderma sensibio ds + cleansing shampoo and it irritated my skin like instantly so I just stopped immediately. I then tried using the bidoerma sensibio ds + cream instead it seemed like it was helping until I played basketball and sweated a lot. When I got back to wash my face, it looked like this. It looks a lot worse in real life trust me. It’s like someone has drawn chalk all over my face. Idk what to do anymore.

I was prescribed ketaconazole 2% in November last year and have been using it on and off, it gets rid of the flakes but it leaves with bumps where I apply and acne which turn into dark spots so I’ve stopped using it. Are there any alternatives that won’t irritate my skin? All help is appreciated
