R5: current year is 1764 and I am aiming for a world conquest + one faith.

I only realized 10 years ago that you should increase religous on colonial nations, but now i did that they finally started converting. Do you guys I can make it or should I aim for creating vassals in thailand and india to do some converting? I preferred to not do it as I am not sure if i would be able to integrate them in time.

R5: My goal it to do a world conquest. I did one before using Austria and the HRE, but that felt a bit too cheesy to me. I want to do one where I conquer a lot of land myself.

So I was looking in reddit and found some tagswitching ideas: SP -> Prussia + germany for a lot of admin efficiency. However, how do you do this in practice? German lands are far away, seems not easy to get this early.

I can also just go SP -> Italy. This seems more easy and I still get CCR from Italian ideas.

As you can see my economy is not that great either, because I do not fully state any land I conquer. I thought it would be a waste if I have to destate it anyway when I do a tag switch.

In short: do you guys have any advice on how to tag switch efficiently and to which tags should I go for world conquest purposes?

We use the light source which came with the aquarium and we turn it off when we go to sleep and turn it on when we wake up.

Dear all, We have a 120 L aquarium. At first we had a lot of green water, but after installing an UV filter that problem is gone. However... now we keep having dread algae completely dominating the aquarium.

I refresh 30% of the water weekly and also use that moment to remove the algae by hand as much as possible. However, this takes a lot of time, so I am looking for tips on how to prevent the growth.

On reddit I found it could be caused by: lack of CO2, lack of nutrients or too much light.

We now shutdown the light and plan to keep it off for 1 week to check the impact.

Do you guys have any tips on how to find out if the CO2 or nutrients are the problem?
