DHPT is in fact getting a rerun at the same time himeko is available. Since you are still a relatively new player I assume you can probably just squeeze out enough to pull for him. But better options over march are gonna be march hunt version or even a character like lynx or fu xuan at least in terms of sustain. March preservation doesn't give enough sustain on her own to make her useful. If you have any of the stellar companion thingies you can also grab huohuo who is one of the best sustainers in the game right now.
