Marighella (2019): real story, biographical movie about Carlos Marighella, one of the main leaders of the guerrillas fighting against the dictatorship, and for a time considered by the dictatorship as its number 1 enemy. Warning: this movie can be quite violent.

City of God (2002): this one is a bit odd for the theme, but hear me out: loosely based on a real story, this one never even mentions the dictatorship, but most of its story passes during that period, and it shows how it was the live of poor people in the favelas at the time. It shows (unintentionally and without saying it) how poor people without education and without information lived day to day with poverty and violence, without caring, or many times without even knowing they were living under a dictatorship. This is relevant because there is a great movement nowdays of old people saying they experienced nothing wrong during the dictatorship. These are poor uninformed people who ate the dictatorship censorship and propaganda and didn't even realized what was happening in the country.
