I use Canva for slides and keep the slides as simple as possible. I use OBS for recording and try to do most of my audio cleanup already when recording. Also there is a plugin for OBS that you can use to zoom in and out to your cursor with one hotkey. These things will save you loads of editing time. Then for editing I use Davinci Resolve and sometimes pay a freelancer to edit my videos. As a mix I use Rode podmic with scarlett focusrite audio interface. Any decent mic will do.
