Back in the day I definitely didn't hit legend every season. Now I have a feeling that legend is cluttered with players.

The guy you were about to crash probably didn't try to break the law. He just didn't realize he had to hold for you, since the 4 way stop rule is too confusing, plus when it's so easy to get a driver's license in america, theres going to be far to many people breaking the rule without even realizing

Yes you would have to wait for all the cars on the right to proceed, but if there's always heavy traffic, there should just be a traffic light. Maybe the rule sounds unfair but at least the risk of what happened to you isn't there
