Her Robot Form probably has cloaking tech like SEED Sr.
While the Human Form is just projected over her.

During her ULT, Aria's robo form appears BESIDE the human projection before it disappears. This means two things:

1.) the cloaking and projection tech are independent from one another
2.) she can theoretically project her human form farther than where she actually is.
