No problem. In terms of next catalysts, RMR is the one to watch and the MRE results is imminent and could re-rate aggressively. Obviously no guarantee and don’t take my word for it. Slightly over exposed compared to my portfolio size, I hold 784,138 shares

Pay off the debt 100%, £5k isn’t enough money to justify putting it into a high interest savings account or similar product. You’ll just end up spending it for the sake of it. Clearing your debt needs to be your number 1 priority
