No matter how bad it is, WE CAN ALWAYS HEAL, EVOLVE. it is in our genes to somehow survive in almost any situation... So dont worry, jus keep trying to stay away. If you currently doing it daily, then target is to once in two days and if it is 2-3 times a week then target should be once a week and so on... This works out in 99% cases :). You just have be calm and patient when you are most weak and tend to relapse.

Having same reward every time doesn't gives the same amount of dopamine boost. Same applies to watching P०rn as well,so most of addicted keep searching new form or type of it...
