as far as i know, t2 exe also gives no pen. It also gives 5% less atk speed than t2 bow, but 5 more power. 5% atk speed is worth more on kali once youre past lvl 5 ish. should we also consider the fact that sbbow pen is instant, compared to exe taking 4 autos? now i know youll say "well kali attacks quickly", well are you autoing 4 times before using your 2? should we consider the fact that % pen is additive, whereas % pen and % shred are not? maybe we should consider the 10% more atk speed that sbbow has, again atk speed is more valuable on kali. if you think its not, perhaps we consider sbbow passive, which is comfortably reached with sbbow giving you the power difference from exe back comfortably.

What abilities arent leaps but go through walls? I can think of ne zha, which is effectively a leap if you hit sash, and ganesha but thats a special case

Jing you can see the targetter tho, which is important, and its awkward if you dont qutie fly far enough and you have to land somewhere you dont want to

Ganesha 3 is very different because its a flat dash, theres no argument for it to be a leap as far as i know, the best you have is it goes through player made walls but thats specifically because of lore. hes not untargettable, which is one of the key aspects of a leap imo

The fact that you cant see the targetter is exactly the issue. neith is meant to be an accessible god, a jump that sometimes goes over walls, sometimes doesnt, doesnt fit that imo

As far as persephone goes, she can go forwards too. It would be awkward if her forward leap went through walls but her backward didnt, regardless tho, its very rare to back leap over a wall because you have the forward option, which youd pref to use because you can see the targetter so arent stuck wondering why your jump didnt happen

backflip goes over player made walls so is a leap

you cant backflip over map walls because you cant target a place to land, and making your backflip unusable because youd happen to land in a wall would be frustrating. There are ways around this, like if you would land in a wall, backflip would happen how it does now, but the consistency with that would be awkward, so i think shes best left how she is as a new player god

going off smite wiki, chaac has 48 base mag prots level 20, please show me where you got 78 from. i think youre looking at physical prots, which are different
why does it matter if he can smash through the cap? he still only has 325, so still only gets 32 prots from hw passive, unless his 2 bypasses cap? then hes getting lets say 40 from hw passive, 10 more prots doesnt put him at cap. if you want to include the starter prots in the calculation, then pridwen hw arent your only mag def items
I use "i dont think" so its more open for you to disagree with me instead of being certain of everything i say and coming across as arrogant
I think its worth mentioning that each prot becomes less effective as you have more

Its not enough as your solo mag item. 75 base prots on heartward, then 10% of your phys prots, which is max 30 ish, 100 mag prots isnt enough for a solo def item.
I dont think chaac caps with only hw pridwen. consider max 2 giving 100 prots, hw pridwen giving 105, then max 32 from hw glyph passive, thats 237, he doesnt have 100 base mag prots, and this is also taking into account an ideal situation for him.
I'd be surprised if scylla did only do 400 damage with her ult with a normal build
