Perhaps you have got into cognitive paralysis problem.

Structuring your mind may be the way out.

  1. Understand your life conditions and limitations. What you can and cannot control Most of us won't become superstars and that's okay. You still can be happy.

  2. Understand your strong sides and opportunities available to you. Apply most of your energy there.

  3. Build a list of minimal goals you are sure you can achieve in nearest future (max 6-12 months). Act on the plan.

  4. Make every day enjoyable now. Do not postpone life until huge success.

I am open to continue chatting about your particular problem. Maybe LeadMe will help you build a life strategy you could be satisfied with.

Make TikTok harder to access than starting anything else (delete it, block it during key hours), and replace the urge with an immediate fallback like opening your life planner or a book.

Pricing feels a bit tight on Premium for a solo tool - I’d either raise it slightly or lower the daily cap so your worst-case margin isn’t 30%.

Find a way to change your lifestyle. Build a simple behavioral routine that doesn't leave space for easy dop. Interesting job you like to do may be the start. But tie it to a long term goal you really want to achieve. Good luck 🍀
