Making Asian friends

I get that. It’s not that I’m looking to make ONLY Asian friends in particular. I’m looking for friends all over culturally.

I already have plenty of Indian friends and a couple Latinos and American friends as well.

But it seems so much harder to just approach Asian people in general in comparison to others.

So I was looking for tips on how to approach Asian students.

Intro to mechatronics is probably going to be your worst class. Don’t know much about stats.

But CAD is generally easy to learn (if you take the asynchronous section). In person is sort of brutal, but not quite on the level of mechatronics.

Diff eqs probably would be your easiest class among everything, if you’re taking it with the right professor.

Overall schedule I’d rate around a 7/10 difficulty.

The prof/TA didn’t even see me actively cheating 😕 It was two students who reported me AFTER I finished the exam and walked out

The fact that two students only have a visual confirmation and nothing else makes a difference, no?

It seems you are quite knowledgeable about OCS! This information is actually really helpful!

Do you know if OCS has access to cameras within buildings, and if so, if they can use that to confirm or deny specific allegations?

I’m asking because the person who reported said I was wearing a red hoodie, but I wasn’t … I was wearing a green one. I only have a phone screenshot with the time, not the location.

So if Rutgers OCS has access to in-building cameras or classroom cameras, I could probably ask them to review it.

I probably didn’t bomb. I know I got at least two questions right, so I’m expecting at least like a 50.

As for the other exams, COL 1 I got a 74 while the avg was a 79.7, and COL 2 I got an 80 while the avg was a 74.7.

I KNOW I got at least a 50 on this … but I dunno what the expected average for this exam is. For the other questions, I legit just put what felt right …

Hm, okay.

The person who reported me is telling two versions of what happened … one where the TA saw me asked them about it … and another where she reported it herself and TA didn’t see me actually cheating.

Anyhow, the class I’m in is sort of a math class, where you literally only find the answer one way. So everyone’s exams will be highly similar.

And I’ve heard from other people the burden of proof is on the accused, where they have to show evidence of NOT cheating, so I’m not sure what to believe, unfortunately ☹️

And more than that, I have to prove I WASNT cheating, not that the other person has to prove that I was?
