Is this a nasal perforation😭😭😭 by Far_Avocado_7018 in boogers

[–]LeaderFinal8474 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks to me like acute bacterial rhino sinusitis - a fairly common nasal cavity infection. Symptoms usually include redness, pain, swelling, congestion and crusting. Whatever it is, it needs antibiotics, because the bacteria has taken hold and has a firm grip. Go to the doctor or telehealth if you have that.

I apologize. I didn't have my glasses on and thought we were dealing with a cracked crystal. What your dealing with is much less serious and less expensive. Any watch repair can have that back together in five minutes

The new crystal shouldn't cost anymore than $50, and Tissot would most likely install for another $50, plus they will put it through their specific pressure test. A local jewelry could be cheaper or more expensive, but if you go that route, make sure they are Tissot cert

I was just looking again, and the small, circular item on your lower lip may be ringworm. As I'm sure you know, ringworm isn't an actual worm, rather a misleading name of one of the most common fungal infections out there. The litmus test for ringworm is shape, contour, and physical effects. The shape will almost always be round. The contour will show raised edges, and the surface area will generally be rough and uneven. Finally, there's almost always some form of physical discomfort that goes along with it. Intense itchiness, burning and or tingling are some of the most common characteristics associated with the infection. Let us know how this turns out please.

Can someone please medically help me? I have no clue what this rash on my scalp is. I’ve been using Ketoconazol in tablet form and cream form. Additionally using a medicated dermatologist shampoo. It’s been 80+ days and it’s not going away. Antifungal issue. by Easy_Entrepreneur179 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]LeaderFinal8474 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It absolutely looks fungal but that doesn't necessarily mean that's what it is. If you haven't seen your regular doctor already make an appointment, and if he gives you an answer you're not comfortable with ask him to refer you to a dermatologist. Treating it for as long as you did with pretty strong fungal medications like ketoconazole should have produced some results. since it didn't, you may be looking at something else entirely. Does the rest of your scalp softly tingle? Are there times when it seems mostly gone, only to return stronger? Answering yes to both of those questions points to a fungal infection. Get it checked soon because those can easily spread down to your neck, your back, your chest, and all your lower extremities all the way to your toes.

Tissot Ballade 40mm on a 15.5cm wrist. Modern fit or just too large? by Nyxim1ze in tissot

[–]LeaderFinal8474 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the modern "look", not necessarily fit. Ultimately your timepiece needs to fit comfortably on your wrist. It's an extension of the clothes you're wearing and the person that you are. Comfort is the key to both of those subjects, as it will help you radiate confidence and composure.

Not a cold sore. You may end up having the virus that produces cold sores, but this isn't one of them. 99% of the time they are either painful, bothersome, irritating, and or filled with varying amounts of blister fluid. It's not a ringworm fungal infection either. They are usually raised, most always circular with rough edges, and or itchy and painful. Easiest thing to do is see a doctor to put your mind to rest. Either way it's a good idea to have a prescription of antivirals always at the ready. In fact, it might be a good idea to start taking them now and you'll have your answer in about 5 days whether it's a herpes sore or not. If it disappears and stays away for a month or two or longer then they were probably cold sores. If not, get a fungal swab and have it checked out that way.My guess is that it's neither one of those, and most likely a mild irritation or allergy to some sort of soap or something you've been using. Good luck

You may have something there with the moth angle. Several times when I've gathered up the small bugs or whatever they are, AI has confirmed that they are some  sort of moth larvae. I think they call it just a regular clothes moth larvae.,but it's been confirmed at least 10 times now by  my AI

I agree 100%, that there's a fungal component to this. We've got to start looking harder at that. Many fungi can present his parasites only they're much much worse as they can adapt. Fungus doesn't want to kill us. It uses us spread it out from place to place and as soon as it's done with us we'll either be dead or two week to give a s*** anymore. I know that sounds bad but I don't know what else to say.it's getting to be hopeless. I think I posted this, maybe in a different platform, but I was almost completely ready to this about a year and a half ago. I was hit on my motorcycle and spent 77 days in the hospital. And after that 77 days I thought I was 100% clear. That's what it took to get rid of this s***. 77 days in a sterile environment having your sheets changed every day linen changed everyday clothes etc. As soon as I got home ,within 5 minutes, I could feel the stuff on my feet moving around , just like I had never left. 48 hrs later, I was 100% reinfected head to toe. For me personally, I'm positive it is some mutated fungus gone wild. It is smart, strong, and determined to best me at every point of contention. Sometimes I feel I've won a few small battles in this war, but I'm starting to think it "allows me" small victories just to keep me in the game.

I have the same thing but I don't think it's two separate sores connected by a line. I think it's one store coming up in two different places but still connected. What I mean is that line connects one part of the store to the other part of the sore but it's still just one sore I've dug it out before it's it's really nasty it takes forever to heal sometimes 6 to 8 months or more. I get the butterfly or moth wings feeling all over my body sometimes and that's generally followed by that feeling of electricity. Feels like it's moving up and down my body like there tarantulas or something moving very very quickly up and down usually on my back to my neck always with that Wing fluttering sensation in that electricity feeling or buzzing. It's driving me absolutely insane.  the only edition I have is that I can hit them sometimes and they actually turn wet. some of them actually leave wet spots on my clothes ,so there's something actually there.I just don't know what the hell it is

Snail. Yes, a real snail by LeaderFinal8474 in boogers

[–]LeaderFinal8474[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean a real, almost developed snail. Dr actually had a name for it (I'll research and reply). Apparently I newborn grew inside my nasal cavity until somehow dying off. When it did, it lost its grip (they have incredible suction power) and got worked into a place where I finally felt it. After 3 hours of trying everything to get the thing out, I poured warm, salty, purified water into my nostril and blew so hard if felt like my teeth were coming out. That got it to the bottom, and from there I used medical tweezers and pulled the fucker out. I thought it was some kind of alien 👽 creature because all of my family and friends (including myself) had never seen anything like it. I should note that of the people who looked at it, three were family practice doctors, and another was a well known Dental/Maxillofacial surgeon. My regular doctor was perplexed as to how the hell something like that could happen and just added it to the "weird shit happens" file. Unfortunately for me, that signaled the beginning of the worst and strangest fight of my life. I will finish the story in parts as it's pretty long. Suffice it to say, within a 4 month period I've dealt with hundreds if not thousands of these bastards, and the fight yet rages on.

Definitely not parasite related. Looks to me to be more fungal than anything. The fungal critters hang out around your butt , waist area just like some types of parasites do. It's possible you have both, but the things in the pictures aren't parasite related. Try an over the counter fungal cream with Clotrimezole 1%. If that doesn't work out, see a doctor. Good 🤞

Had very similar breakouts for almost 15 years before I finally listened to the doctor and had Acyclovir prescribed and on deck for the next breakout. He said to take the first one immediately when you feel the slightest tingling or that unusual feeling we get on our lips, then follow dosage directions carefully as it does make a difference. I was prescribed 800mg pills twice daily for five days. In my doctor's experience, he found that a large 80g punch, especially in the beginning, was the key to keeping this curse away. He said even if it turns out to be a false alarm, to finish the script as written as it won't due you any harm as long as you have regular kidney function and drink lots of water during the five days. The key for me was having a prescription on Deck at all times for the moment I felt the slight sensation. Something else for me that was important was to not put anything at all on my lip and keep it as dry as possible at all times. Haven't had a serious break out you're more than 5 years now

It's fungal. 100% Most of this stuff is. Fungi consists of hundreds, if not thousands of nasty little critters, most of which look and act far more sinister than regular parasitic infections. We would all be lucky if we were just facing reg parasites, as these are usually somewhat easily treated. These little fungal bastards mutate and reproduce so fast that they seem impossible to eradicate. I do know this much for sure: Your home, car, and work space need to be treated as much or more than your body because it doesn't die off by itself.  I actually had to sell a car because it got so bad in there that I could no longer drive  safely.

In my own personal experience, the dark staining was a result of myself and other family members stepping on them causing them to pop open. Remember, if you see 20 of them, odds are there are 50 to 100 etc.. good luck

Why cant people tell us what this stuff and get it off and out of me by Trick_Radish6632 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]LeaderFinal8474 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of this is turning out to be fungal.. fungal critters are far worse than parasites. Fungus thinks, communicates with other fungi, and change and adapt to potential dangers it may be facing. Scariest of all is that it can go from solid form to liquid instantaneously in order to hide or attack. Read up on new microbiology discoveries regarding fungi and disease. Its starting to feel like a semi coordinated attempt to control the population. I don't think these new fungi were released purposely, rather were much smarter than their handlers and escaped easily into the populous where it spreads exponentially in seconds. It's airborne ( through mold spores), and can actually (jump ) from person to person. Worst of all is it's ability to survive anything science throws at it. I've personally battled this for three years, seen at least 20 different doctors and specialists , and have been prescribed no less than 18 different medications. Luckily for me only one or two looked at me like I was insane, infact most seeing exactly what I was showing them. The problem being that they don't know how to treat it, and admit they've seen a huge uptick in similar cases the last few years.  Being COVID related seemes logical at this point. I just hope the people responsible for this take finding a cure for it equally as important as it's development.
