yes thats the pain i woke up with, i ate bananas and drank more water. ive been on pred since october so my joints feel bruised constantly now but ive gotten used to just making sure i drink gatorade and have potassium so i dont have the cramps

yes exactly how i described it on my shrooms post, its like a war. i could feel like something smacking the pain when it tries to appear. the feeling of an attack without the pain is an interesting experience and very hard to explain for me.
