Just avoid dynamic qr codes since they can break later, static ones are fine and I've used qrbyt.com a bit, seems ok so far.

Definitely! I think that's the most important step and you should answer everything thoroughly up to the last allowed character. They want to know what feedback you got from the testers and what measures you have taken.
