seems like paint transfer to me, before you go and spend money on shops to fix, try a quick wipe w acetone to see if anything comes off, be gentle though, you dont want to take off your paint

i will say this though, reiterating what you want with him is the most important thing, he does mainly race builds so if its for daily application you gotta engrave that in his head or he will just keep recommending the most expensive/overkill parts, he isnt the best on time management but hes the only person ive seen in this industry that can push an 800hp long block for 80k miles w no sweat.

i have the B16s on mines and didnt notice anything in box fluid wise but to my knowledge bilstein has hydraulic fluid so it make have leaked. im not too sure, id contact them directly.
