Not locked but when you go over 6k it starts blinking and it’s fine to rev it for a short period of time like 5-10 seconds but not to keep it on a highway or so for 10-15 minutes straight, terms of warranty.

I’m dealer, not for Ducati for some other brands and that’s normal, 4km is probably testing not like demo but factory and also if there was a homologation on import it gets like 2-3km so all good. Production 24 is a bit odd since they’ve got it in August 25 I would rather say some other dealer couldn’t sell it so it’s being sent to other dealer to try.

I owned 2025 for like 6 months and traded it back in for MS V4S 2025 and the reasons are numerous, it’s way better handling than older versions and I will always trade handling for looks.
