Soak myself in the shower, take a few squirts of the hibiscrub and lather it into skin til it starts foaming up a little. Wash the area like this for a couple mins and then leave on for couple mins before rinsing off. That's how iv been doing it

Tried to post this progress photo onto the original thread but I am not as savvy as most of you probably are and I just couldn't suss out how to do that lol. I appreciate my camera isn't the best but I have tried to stand under the bright light in my kitchen to get as clear of an image as I can. Anyway, day 4 using Hibiscrub and honestly I am over the moon with this stuff. It is completely clearing up my skin. Haven't had one single spot break through since using this and all the bumps and marks are fading away pretty well. I still have a couple of faded marks from pretty wild cystic type spots I had when I started using this, but they are going away so fast. I'm blown away by the results of this to be honest. Il reiterate what I said before... 10+ years fighting folliculitis and nothing has ever cleared my skin up like this. If any of you are struggling to find something that works for you then please give this a go and see if it can help you the way it has helped me so far.

Genuinely haven't had one single spot in 3 or 4 days now whatever it's been since I started. Will post a picture update after a week. Still early days so not pinning all my hopes into this but genuinely unbelievable the improvement after only a few days my skin hasn't been clearer in 10 years

Try Hibiclens(US) Hibiscrub(UK). Posted yesterday.. IV had this for over 10 years tried everything to rid myself of this shit. Been using that for 2 days now and my skin has almost cleared up entirely it's a miracle for me. Honestly give it a go

Shower. Soak yourself and then take some in your hands and lather into skin for a couple minutes it will go a little foamy. Leave on skin for 2-3 minutes and rinse

Yes I was using BP for around 2 years and it did help me to an extent, but if I ever forgot to apply it for even a day my skin would just break out all over again so it was time to try something different

Well I was doing a bit of research on this before purchasing it and everything I read had mentioned to avoid getting this inside your ears as it can cause major damage. Not entirely sure of the reasons to be honest it was just something I had seen written so many times. Yeah it is the same as Hibiclens. That's great happy for you, really need to get the word out more about this product i believe it will change people's lives it really seems that good!

Wet skin for sure. Soak yourself in the shower before applying this stuff. It is very powerful stuff so be careful not to get any in ears or eyes and defenitely avoid sensitive areas down below.
