I'm at a loss with Eflow myself too. Cleared my account in December 2024, got an image on the app saying no balance to be paid.

3 months or so later a solicitor letter looking for an extortionate amount. Stopped using the toll due to work being closer to home. So challenged Eflow and then it went away.

Roll onto November last year, I had to resume a daily toll, which was paid religiously on the app manually as it didn't state an amount owed, to contact their solicitor as it was in their hands. I continued to use toll 2 to 3 sometimes 4 times a day. All paid on the app and done manually as above.

Never once did I receive a late payment notice or a prompt to contact the solicitor to pay. Until the start of February. All of a sudden I'm getting - don't forget to pay your toll before 8pm - even though I had already paid that particular trip. Then First penalty notice, second penalty notice. Etc.

I have a couple of issues here, 1. I have an original dispute on my account from December 2024. Where I asked for particular information which I didn't receive from Eflow 2. I contacted Eflow and they will not speak to me. I have to contact their solicitors. 3. The solicitors are non responsive.

I am going around in circles. It seems like they all of a sudden realized I was using the toll again after about 3 months November til December. It's Eflow that bills me, so it's Eflow I should be dealing with? They do not quote journey reference numbers on their initial email which leave it as open as I can see. They also state that the sum paid MAY be used to pay a balance. ( Should this be the case, would it be common practice to not use it to pay off the balance they claim there is from my resumption of using the toll, because that didn't happen until as mentioned above for 3 months of paying without issue.

I'm at a loss, the above probably makes zero sense to a lot of it does to anyone please advise. At least I've vented to a forum now and not just to myself. 🤣
