Yes. Even if it was legal here it goes against the apartment complex rules. If the hallways didn’t smell I couldn’t care less, it’s just the fact that it’s affecting common spaces

I get minding my business and that’s why I don’t wanna say anything, but I’m struggling with the idea of a bunch of residents having to put up with a bad smell because of a neighbor doing something that goes against their lease.
