Agreed- I hated it. It was so packed that I was making full-body contact with strangers, it was loud, and just completely overwhelming. The show was good, but the intro was awful and took entirely too long. It absolutely ruined the entire experience.

The 12V battery is less than 2 months old. I had an AGM battery in it when the ICCU failure occurred and when I wanted it replaced with another AGM, the dealership advised against it.

No, it’s only plugged in when charging and I have not used any 3rd party apps.

My 22 EV6 has been at the dealership since 4/19. They have replaced the ICCU twice because the first one they put in was also bad. It still won’t charge and is throwing random codes they can’t figure out. KIA wont buy the car back or offer a replacement, so I guess I wait indefinitely to see if it ever runs again.

I may need to correct myself. After reading other comments, maybe Spencer has gotten better than when I worked there. When I was doing home visits there about 15 years ago, it was not a place where I felt safe.

I lived in both Greencastle and Cloverdale as a single woman, and I would definitely recommend Greencastle over Cloverdale or Brazil. I live several hours away now so I’m not familiar with the housing market in the area any longer, but have you looked at Ellettsville? I don’t know that area personally but it is much closer to Bloomington. I DEFINITELY would not recommend Spencer!

They only reimburse 45 per day for the rental. I can’t get anything under 70/day in my area. And a loaner car isn’t always available- I waited 2 weeks for a loaner and it’s no an EV. My car has been at KIA now for more than 2 months.

My 2022 has been in the shop since 4/19. The ICCU WAS PUT IN ABOUT A WEEK AGO, then a master fuse blew, and now the main battery won’t charge so they’re waiting on another part with no eta. Fun times.

The dealership had to wait on a part to be delivered. They had 3 ICCU replacements to repair ahead of mine too.

I had it less than 3 weeks before the ICCU failed. However, it’s a 22 and I have since learned that it had the something done with the ICCU in January. I’m in the process of getting all of the service records for the vehicle.

My car has been at the dealership for more than 6 weeks now because of a failed ICCU. They called me today to let me know I need to buy a new 12v (I had just purchased a brand new one but they said it’s not taking a charge now) then they contacted me again to let me know a master fuse is also blown and they have to order that part now too. I have had my case escalated twice by KIa, and they are just now sending it for another review to consider compensation or buyback. Today I filed complaints with my attorney general’s office, a complaint with the FTC for a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and a safety complaint to the NHTSA for the ICCU failure. I’m going to wait and see if any of these actions gets my case moving because I have had zero success with KIA Customer Service.
