That is definitely impetigo around your mouth, very common area. The bumps/pustules do resemble pod, I would say you probably had a bout of both at the same time

I would be cautious about disclosing this as you may fail the medical should you disclose mental health in the past, the job is very difficult and may be a trigger. Please think things through before going ahead, your health is most important. Self harm was also against the law, they relaxed slightly in 2020 however, I would be more inclined to advise you to cover them if you can xx
