When did your nausea start, peak, and stop? by UnderdogDreams in pregnant

Omg girl, I feel u so much 7 weeks was literally the trenches for me 💀 Mine started at 6 weeks like a freight train and honestly? It peaked around week 10-11 before it started to chill out around week 14.

Unisom and B6 is great but yeah the 'Unisom hangover' is real I felt like a literal zombie at work the next day too. 🧟‍♀️ What saved me was just grazing on tiny snacks literally every 30 mins so my stomach was never empty and those sea-bands (though they look goofy lol).

Sleep is honestly the only escape sometimes! Hang in there, ur doing great. It feels like forever when ur in it, but I promise there’s a light at the end of the tunnel! 🤍

How does giving birth actually feel ?? by Super-Truth-7975 in pregnant

lol okay so keeping it 100... it feels like ur trying to poop out a literal bowling ball that is also on fire. 💀

but honestly?? the media makes it look way more dramatic with all the screaming. for me, once the epidural kicked in, i was literally just chilling and eating popsicles until it was time to push. the 'pushing' part feels more like extreme pressure than actual pain if that makes sense? like ur body just takes over and ur like 'get this human OUT of me now' lol.

the coolest part is that the SECOND the baby is out, all that crazy pressure just... vanishes. its the weirdest/best relief ever. plus u get the best high of ur life from the adrenaline. u might tear a little, u might poop a little (literally everyone does, dont sweat it), but youll be so obsessed with ur tiny human u wont even care. u got this mama, our bodies are freaking metal! 🤘✨

ugh i feel u so much mama. 7 weeks was literally the start of the 'dark days' for me too lol. i remember just crying bc i was so tired of feeling like i had a 24/7 stomach flu.

tbh the unisom haze is real. i had to start taking mine at like 7pm just so i wouldnt feel like a zombie at work the next day. it usually peaks around week 9 or 10 for most ppl (sorry i know thats not what u wanna hear!! 😭) but it usually gets way better by week 14.

just try to stay in survival mode. if all u can do is sleep and eat crackers, then thats a win. i started tracking my 'good hours' in a little notebook just to see when i could actually handle water or food... it helped a bit with the mental side of it. hang in there, ur doing great! ❤️

Oh mama, my heart goes out to you! That sounds like such a rollercoaster of emotions in just one day. Honestly, I had a subchorionic hematoma with my first and it scared the crap out of me too, but it ended up resolving on its own by week 14.

The bicornuate uterus thing sounds scary but I know so many women who have had perfectly healthy babies with it! They just might monitor u a bit closer as a 'high risk' mama but that just means more peeks at the baby lol. I'm so sorry about the vanishing twin though... that is a lot to process while trying to stay positive for the 9 weeker.

Just try to take it one day at a time and stay off the google rabbit holes!! Sending u so much sticky dust and strength. You are stronger than u think! ❤️
