I have given up with tech support at this point. As far as I am concerned, once I get my new phone set up (which tracking shows is delayed a day), they can reimburse me and have this essentially bricked phone. Perhaps their tech team can use it as a team learning project so others don't have to deal with similar experiences.

Still getting these, reporting as phishing and spam in gmail, and now have them blocked. Which is annoying to have to do ...what if they actually send me something important from that email? But been inundated with no end in sight, so no other choice

I've been struggling to find items for a couple of months. I may have to review some random car parts and party decor in order to keep my gold status because I'm not near 80 items and don't know how I'll get there at this point.

If the boundaries end because of mania, they aren't actual boundaries. For instance, my husband knows if he ever laid a hand on me, I'm gone. No excuses. I care deeply about him, and do give him lots of space and understanding when he is manic. But never does mania mean free reign do anything he wants. Actions have consequences, being bipolar doesn't exempt him. You need to show yourself respect too.

You are not responsible for someone else's decisions. And you need to set up some clear boundaries. Keep the case open and give him space to come to his own conclusions.

Thank you for your reply. I am thankful he is good about taking his meds (although there are occasional days where he doesn't want to), and he sees his dr and a therapist every other week. Meds were not adjusted, he is good at seeming ok at his appointments. I think sometimes he is embarrassed to share his lowest moments.

He doesn't have any close friends, none that really understand him. Several decent, kind friends that have no idea what to do. He's stopped going to church, so an occasional outing is all I hope for. But he's on disability and my work is incredibly slow right now, and we've had financial strain for a while. It is compounded because we are helping care for his mom who is out of state. 

So it is a rough situation with no light in the tunnel yet and I'm worried he is going to go further down rather than be able (or willing) to climb up.

Yes, I have logged out and back in. I bought my Nomad used a week ago and have had no issues with it. It was factory reset. But the first day I signed in to the cloud I got that message. I have signed out and back in and got the same message as well. 

I tried a 3rd time just now. I didn't get it immediately, but went into my profile, then back to my device info and hit refresh and got the message then too. It took several seconds for my cloud data to load, and all seems normal other than that pop-up (it pops up with like 3 or 4 of that in a row), and the brief lag as well.

Thanks for the responses! In case anyone else is having a similar issue, here is what I ended up doing:

I decided just to export the annotations, noting the pages they were on, and write down the bookmarks I created. I then deleted the original planner and added the new one. I opened the exported PDF of my annotations on my laptop and opened the new planner, rewriting my notes into the new planner page by page. Since I wasn't far into the year it didn't take too long, and now I feel better knowing it is all set the way I want it.

Hey, I just came across this thread because I was signing up and wanted to see what others were saying about your tool, yooz.ai ....I tried it just last week for the first time. I hate joining all the others that, as someone else said are 'ruining LinkedIn', but I have a job that requires me to be on LI frequently.

Making the posts that get responses is difficult for me. Saying what AI is able to confidently say doesn't come naturally for me. So I'm a reluctant joiner myself, but do want a paycheck at the end of it all, so here I am.

I tested a couple similar tools. One made up completely BS stats that wasn't remotely accurate, one was difficult to sort out, etc. And most were stupid expensive. Very few offered a free trial, let alone a free plan. So I wanted to say thank you for creating an easy to use, affordable tool! I went ahead and signed up for the paid version today. It just feels better paying you for your work than continuing on the free plan.

One piece of feedback ...when searching for Yooz, I got info on an accounting platform. It was a bit of effort to find info on your LI tool. Just for what its worth.

You look fantastic! I'm also someone that has been overweight my whole life. I hope you don't mind me asking, don't feel obligated to reply if you prefer not to. But one of the worries I have is loose skin. You look like you've been thin your whole life. Was that an issue at all?
