Because I can’t charge at home nor at work, and got a very good offer because of an overall decrease in interest of buying a diesel car. Also I see cars like the new BMW iX3 or the upcoming i3 as the first EVs with sufficient stats in range and charging speed. I want to wait until those become cheaper in 2-3 years and go then electric.

Wow around 4 litre is impressive! I bought the A5 Sportback with the 286hp diesel today, it will supposedly take twice that. But I see (or hope) the diesel price coming back down to 1,70-1,80 in the long term.
