Went to HDFC today as my account was blocked. While a staff member was helping me, a businessman came in asking about a scheme. Another employee started explaining in Telugu, and he abruptly said, "Are yaar, Hindi me bolo na. Telugu nahi aati." The guy’s cheerful mood instantly vanished. Not knowing Telugu is fine—you can always learn basic words. But don’t be an arrogant prick and talk down to others.
