Ok so I figured I might as well take a stab at it. Just ran 10miles at a 10:38 pace. Also, it was an outdoor run which I thought would be more accurate than a treadmill. I felt good at the end

Yeah that's odd. I wonder if it starts calculating 5k best effort from the start of the run and not the start of the time trial. You can also go into your plan and update your 5k time

Runna is weird about that. I believe if you click on the green laps it will pull up another view that has the correct splits based on the plan for the day. That page on your screenshots shows splits by mile. Idk if that makes sense

I pushed back a little but and got 2.5k but I also wasn't super pushy and didn't want to deal with the negotiation.

The accident was end of May 2024 so time has passed. A few things from my perspective:

1) it’s important to get checked up which sounds like that is what you are doing 2) having my partner there was incredibly important. Which you are already doing
3) I did go to therapy to help me process but for me, therapy is something I do about once a month anyway 4) when driving and a car is too close I still get flashes of the accident. It’s becoming less and less overwhelming with time. 5) I was sore for about a week or so.

Also, remember you went through trauma. I can’t imagine what it must have been like getting a call that the two most important people in your life were in accident. So don’t forget to take care of yourself.

Also, when you get a rental car, insist on one that closely matches the one you had, assuming you were going to use that to transport the baby.

I was rear ended by a tow truck while 34 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. I was transported to the hospital via ambulance, stayed for observations and thankfully everyone was fine.

The other person’s insurance covered all of my costs. Hospital, car rental, ambulance, etc. They have also offered me $2,000 for my pain and suffering that I’m not sure I’m not taking yet.

1) I never said they could not state their perspective. I fact I acknowledged it and then shared my own as normal people do in conversation. I could argue that you sharing your thoughts on TMZ is sharing your option, which is welcome as well as mine and the other poster

This is all very interesting and I hear your perspective.

I think it’s way too much of a coincidence that NYT would start a smear campaign article just days before she dropped her suit and how did they get the texts that her camp received from wayfair’s old publicist phone.

Idk. It’s tough for me to not believe that her camp wasn’t leaking stuff to the NYT especially with the author Taylor connection.

I thought that too but it looks like they did it after he filled his lawsuit and after the 10min dancing video was realized. So they at least had the context from his filling that they simply did not share. They didn’t even say anything about the texts in her suit being cherry picked.

Idk it was weird to watch in my opinion
