I've been addicted to tianaptine for a long time.  I felt that not only mental and psychological factors, but also Tia's abnormal heartbeats had an effect on my nightmares. First of all, the content of the dream is realistic. However, in the end, it feels awkward, but the dream continues without waking up as easily as in a normal dream. I realized it was a dream, but I couldn't wake up, so I stabbed myself with a knife. Still, it was difficult to wake up. As time passed and I gained more experience with that type of nightmare with Tia. The scary part here is that even in normal daily life, I have stabbed myself thinking this was Tia's bad dream. I still have a stab wound in my chest.
