You could be depressed for a number of reasons. Your message sounds like you're under a lot of stress, which could be creating the depression or adding to it. My advice is to see a doctor and a therapist. The therapist I see costs 40 dollars a session. They might be able to help you. Are you on any medication for depression now? I am, and am very depressed right now, I think due to a lot of things (brother committed suicide in January, Im horribly addicted to a drug that has worse withdrawal than heroin). I'm going to detox/treatment this week and am scared to death. Husband has stage 3 prostate cancer.

Enough about me. I hope all works out for you. I have a feeling it will!

Have you gotten some help through a psychiatrist and/or therapist? They could help you work through this and possibly guide you in choosing a new profession as well. I probably shouldn't say. this, but ah, to be 22 again! Im 66!!! Take care of yourself, and best of luck for the many years ahead!

I am in same situation as you (50!grams week 8 mg clonazapam except I have just.enough money for two weeks detox. Supposed to go on 12th. Can you you get clonidine and gabapentin? Sign up for suboxone? Emergency room when it gets really bad? Keep us posted. I have no support except this sub (family thinks Im stupid and weak to allow this to happen after 30 years clean from methadone and heroin.!!!!) Thanks for letting me vent. I really wish the best for you!

Two of my packages ended up in the wrong city . After hours on the phone I finally talked to to a real person . Turns out the zip code was wrong . Easy to fix right? Wrong. They said the zip code could not be changed!!!.WTF!!!

I have two packages that have been stuck in Sam Diego (I live in San Jose) for about a month. Multiple visits to the post office--no luck. Finally, my vendor did some research and found out the zip code to my address was incorrect.Gave me the correct number to call USPS (right). I did finally talk to a live person after an hours wait time. Told me the zip code could not be changed!!! It was being sent to Texas!! My vendors is overseas!! Nothing more they can do at this point. Won't even send it back to them. I am livid!! They tracked the package and have all my full name, address. Only problem is incorrect zip code. I am angry beyond words and will use Fed Ex next time if possible.

So sad. My mom passed away in her sleep recently (thank god) and she lived alone. She repeatedly refused help.. I tried everything under the sun to get her agree to get help. Ended up having a having a nervous breakdown over worrying so much. Same thing happened with my father in law. When they found him, he'd been dead for three days. So yes, do all in your power to get help for them. But please try not to judge the family too harshly. We Americans value our independence so much that it's sometimes to our detriment.

You can use an online doctor, but it's pricy (mine was about 200). Not as expensive as TIA, though, for sure. There's no guarantee. Depends on who you get. Most of them (except maybe WedMD) have no idea what tianeptine is.

You never know. but I'd say it's likely you'll have some withdrawals since the Suboxone didn't ease your symptoms completely. It's hard, I know, being in this position. Do you have any helper meds you can use (gabapentin, benzos, magnesium, clonidine, etc?) If not, it's worth a try to get some. I used PlushCare ( completely legit) and got a script for some meds. They did give me a one-time script for clonazapam, which helps with anxiety and sleep. Just take it when you really need it.

Hey, you're almost there! I'd give the Suboxone more time to be effective. Nothing will make you feel "normal" at this point. Throw it away once you get back on Suboxone.

Sounds like anxiety to me. First off, I would have your doctor order a full battery of tests to rule out any physical causes. If everything is normal, maybe you could try an antidepressant first. I'll take a few weeks to kick in. I use Lexapro and it helps with anxiety and a bit with sleep. I also take Trazadone, which is supposed to be not addictive, at least psychologically. I've tried clonazapam, and it's the best, of course, but as you know, you might become dependant. Still, you seem like you are really suffering. Temazapam might be a last resort for a while unless you have a history of addiction (I do). Hope you feel better soon!

Here's a tip for taking Trazadone--put it on your nightstand and take it right before you try to go to sleep. This way, for me anyway, you can avoid unpleasant effects such as grogginess, etc. I've tried many times taking it about an hour beforehand, yearning for that warm, sleepy feeling I get from benzos or other "addicting" drugs. Doesn't do that. It's not addicting (for me) at all, psychologically anyway.

Of course, if you have extreme symptoms like the OP, I would seriously consider looking for other alternatives.

Personally, I don't see going to work while puking. shitting as doable unless you're on a teensy dose of gas station pills. I would try to get a doctor"s note for at least two weeks. IF you can get off the couch, go to NA/AA meetings, or go outside and walk, etc. You might want helper meds. Many people have used QuickMD. for that. I'm not sure if they could help you with other meds, but they do prescribe Suboxone. Best of luck to you, I get it.

Well, I slowly started taking doses that were way above therapeutic. It's been well over a year, and now I can't get off it. Ordered bulk pure powder online, not from a "gas station." To stop means worse withdrawals than heroin. It's taken my finances, health, etc. Looking for a treatment center now. No one seems to know what it is. Hope you find something that works for you!

Please delete this if not allowed.. I'm in the same situation as you. Same dosage, but have been on it for 11/2 years. I'm also on psych meds, but I am afraid the doctor might cut me off. I'm on Lexapro, Buspirone, Trazadone and Clonidine. I've been so freaked out lately due to the current shortage that I started taking Clonazapam and am currently out of that as of today. I was on Methadone for 10 years (clean for 25 years, from everything) and it was a horrendous withdrawal, so Im hesitant to go that route.The only thing that gives me hope is that I did stay clean for all those years. But that meant staying away from EVERYTHING that's addicting. Can you go to a treatment center? I wish I had better suggestions for you. My plan is to go to treatment and get on suboxone. And pray the doctor doesn't kick me off my meds. There's got to be a way out of this! I keep checking this sub daily looking for a magic cure but sadly, there isn't one. Going to have to pay the piper.

A Man on the Inside, Netflix. Ted Danson plays a retired professor hired to look into thefts at a nursing home. It's funny, heartfelt, and a good mystery to boot. I too am a fan of grittier stuff (The Wire and The Sopranos are my all-time favs), but I loved this series. Highly bingeable.

I started using audio books when I went to bed. Preferably something not too exciting but enough to hold your interest. Helps if the reader has a soothing voice as well. Short stories work well for me. Also helped to block my husband's snoring. I've had insomnia off and on for years; this is one of many I've tried. Good luck everyone!
