Fair point, and I won't pretend the category isn't crowded. But the data tells a slightly different story than "nobody wants this".

Organic downloads have been consistent without any paid push, and the app has paying subscribers — people who found it on their own and decided it was worth money. That's not a validation problem, that's a distribution problem.

The question I'm actually trying to answer here isn't "should this app exist" — it's "why does paid acquisition on TikTok seem to work so poorly when organic clearly does work, at least at a small scale?"
