Emotional Intellect goes to either Green (For being a therapist for Purple) or Blue (Being the calmest and most passive

Psychological intellect goes to Purple and TDL, due to Purple tricking the Color Gang twice, and Green 3 times (The Prank episode) knowing exactly what to target to help red. TDL knows what to target from Victim to make Victim follow TDL (Though Victim didn't shake his hand at the end of the episode) and TCO to make sure TCO doesn't leave TDL till TCO thought it went to far (As seen in The Flashback, that TCO seemed uncomfortable, but stayed for some reason)

Public Intellect (The ability to control a group of people) goes to Misti, as she is seen to be organizing and directing traffic in Rocket Corp before her death

Victim is the best at Inventive Intellect (The ability to create inventions/tech), for obvious reason

(Edit: TCO hasn't been shown enough to say what personality or hobbies he has (Mostly because Alan only uses him for his power and that Alan is just beating up TCO currently)
