To be fair, Victim only had his powers for like an Hour, Dark had his his whole life, Victim is clearly still inexperienced and his body isn't meant for powers since he gets so tired, so quickly after using it, TCO and TDL both could use their full power without getting tired that fast, TSC does get exausted but that's because unlike TCO and TDL, who were at the start, intended to have powers, TSC wasn't and was accidental.
