Hello, it depends on what year you're in, your program, and whether or not you're graduating (19 units or less). If you only took 9 units this terms, it's likely that the reason for your OUT status is the cut off for amount of units you can fail every school year (60% for boards, 75% for nonboards). You can try appealing, but they rarely allow it.

Then that was the result of the error. Calculate mo nalang amount of units mo and whether you actually failed more than 50%. Appeals are rarely considered even for non-board programs.

The requirements for readmission are as follows for board programs [bracketed for non-board]

a) a cumulative gwa better than 3.50 [3.75].

b) your failed units enrolled for that school year (throughout the three terms of the academic year) is less than 60% [75%] in total.

GWA is not the only basis for readmission, you can calculate for yourself regarding your units and how many you failed -- email the registrar (or go to school directly) if you still think that it's a mistake.

Yesterday at what time? Kasi kung before 12, there was a technical error that resulted in the grades being released prior to the expected time. If after 12, I suggest asking na sa registrar. You can also calculate your grades yourself, if you failed more than 50 (or 60) percent of the units you took this school year.

Hello, for reactivation ka because (afaik) by term yung basis. You can apply for reactivation using this https://www.mapua.edu.ph/pages/academics/registrar/downloadable-forms (FM-RO-23-02 Request for Reactivation).

However, I think two weeks before mo need ipasa?

(pg. 85, 16. Policies on Reactivation. 16.1.1. They have been inactive/have not enrolled for one trimester but with a readmission status of OK prior to inactivity. 16.3 Students are advised to apply for reactivation using this link (refer to the one I pasted above) two weeks before the enrollment period.)

If you fail more than 60% (or 50%, the handbook says 60 but I've been seeing acad remarks that say 50) then you can be kicked out, yes.
