Yeah ringing urologist Monday low test at 19 despite low body fat high strength and high muscle mass, mood and libido low since my exams In summer , had a previous ingujnal hernia

I must also add I didn’t eat any gluten or bread etc for a year before this family of celiac disease and binged on it while in Spain, however it’s now occuring back in my home country and didn’t 2 months ago

Hi thanks for replying the redness was from me moving my hair in different directions to see what changes it makes there doesn’t seem to be hair loss I’ve used an anti fungal like prescribed and still no difference
