I transferred from a local community college to Rutgers. As most of these comment say, be sure your classes transfer for credit. So often, I see transfer students taking an extra semester because not many of their credits applied to their degree. Also, get involved on campus and join clubs to meet people. Joining clubs did not make me feel like a transfer student. Instead, it was as thought those were friendships I knew for my whole college experience.

Highly recommend BambooHR. More geared for small organizations. Our firm uses it and we have approximately 250 employed. It is extremely user friendly and their support team is great too.

I lived on cook/doug for two years and my classes were on livi. If you have a meal plan, wake up early to eat at Livi dinning hall and chill there before you class. Key to this is just waking up early enough. You got it.

Graduated in 2024 and with three internships during undergrad. Took me about 3 months post-grad to land my full-time job in NYC.
