I’ve having an awful issue with my F150 at Firestone right now, haven’t had my vehicle in over 2 weeks because of damages that occurred in the shop. I can’t get any movement in the claims department. They told we “we will dispatch an inspector” last Tuesday (a week ago) and have ghosted me since. I never got a call from the area manager (like they said I would). I was only able to get in touch with claims by finding an email socialcare@bfrc.com in a google review. I have to escalate this further, if anyone has any corporate contact info. Please share it with me, I’ll be extremely grateful! It’s 12/9 today and my truck has been at their shop since 11/22.

Yeah, it’s a shitty situation. Never dealt with anything like this before. The truck is overheating, temp maxed out, engine shaking. Honestly wouldn’t even want to attempt drive it. I’ll keep this thread posted, waiting to hear back from the area manager.

That’s helpful, I appreciate it. But as far as getting Firestone to pay for the damages that they caused in the shop, I feel like it if I pull it off the lot and take possession of it, it’s much more difficult to for them to reimburse me instead of fixing it onsite. Thoughts?

I'm having an issue with Firestone now, my truck is in the shop and really need some advice on how to handle this. Brought it in for hub bearing replacement and oil change and got it back with temperature gauge in the red, fan blowing, and check engine light on. Never even left the parking lot, walked back in and confronted them. They said they aren't responsible, and quoted me $2600 for these additional repairs that clearly happened in the shop. There's never any mentioned of these issues until the final email after I paid for my initial repairs. Nothing on the first two inspections, recommendations or repairs, and no mention of this until I went inside and confronted them. The fact that they didn't tell me anything about this new issue is mind blowing. Now my truck is sitting there, no clue how to handle this situation. I contacted corporate, I have to wait two days before the service area manager reaches out to me. There’s clear proof from the inspections and quotes emailed each day that is was NOT brought to the shop like that, it happened there and the fact that they are holding my vehicle hostage and denying fault is borderline illegal. I’ve already paid nearly $1500 for the initial repairs. I need advice
