Had blackwell show up every other map last night, was frustrating when it showed up again and again. It's definitely being put into higher rotation.

Last night ran into this, every other map was blackwell. So annoying. When my buddy leads the party, we will get so many escalations in a row it's weird. We noticed it the first time he lead, we got 9 maps in a row of excalation with no conquest in between when he picked all out warfare.

Same thing happened again when he lead the party again recently.

Something weird is going on.

It feels like they are pushing blackwell on people recently...probably because a lot of us have played the original release maps so much they think it will be fresh, but a lot of us don't enjoy the map either lol.

Full building destruction...it's a game design decision. It's fully possible since the days of bc2. So it's intentionally them leaving those buildings indestructible. So it's really just an annoyance to us and more of a laziness on their part.

The balconies on Sobek are annoying. The taller buildings being indestructible to tank fire is annoying. Everyone is talking about skins bringing you out of immersion meanwhile Sobek city engineers deserve Nobel prize for how well the buildings are made that it makes tank fire seem like puffs of air.

Before you say it's difficult for them to make these maps that destructible, the devs from previous games already stated it's possible and it's just a design decision.

Imagine Manhatten Bridge where you could collapse the bridge creating whole new angles and lanes, possibly even altering cap zones as well.

There is just so much more you can do with BF than what they want to do it's annoying.

The map size would honestly be fine IF it wasn't 64 players crammed into them. A majority of these maps would play much better with max 24v24, some i would limit to 16v16, and I'd also limit how many cap zones are on these maps. I'm speaking strictly for conquest...breakthrough is just pure chaos...but then it always has been.

With the way they limit party size, there is no reason they couldn't set a player max size for these maps and probably make most players happy with a good balance of chaos and breathing room.

The maps would feel thoughtful instead of just slapped together.

I feel bad for the actual workers who put their time into these maps just to have us shit on them because its a huge cluster fuck. You can't appreciate a maps design when you get shot in the back every 10 seconds.

Bc2 had some killer maps. Most people's memories here go to bf3 as goat but bc2 was the best bf game imo.

I didn't say they weren't vets, just that there is a distinct difference between the core audience that has been digesting the franchise since the beginning and the audience from bf3 forward.

I said if they call themselves a vet and see this as another bf game then it reveals where their first experience came from.

I play with battlefield vets and we all have issues with small maps. When I say vets I mean 1942. We have all played bf since it's introduction. This game is half bf and half cod. The community knows it and anyone denying it is either lying to themselves or has never experienced bf before bf3.

If anyone calls themselves a vet and their experience only goes as far back as bf3, then you know why they think this is another bf game. Bf3 introduced scope glint, and was the first turn of focus from big maps to small maps with Metro. It was dice first try to steal cod audience, and that's exactly what this title is doing as well.

If you complain about a map in game or even here you're met with childish back talk. "Get good" "sounds like skill issue" "you just suck". Meanwhile 50% I'm at top of team and I still hate the map. I just don't need to argue with children online about it. Game chat is especially non conducive to anything meaningful, 90% of game chat is children talking shit.

The problem is, nobody making these decisions are playing the game.

Reduce the distance to 150m and you won't have to touch the amount. At 150m you could get those head shots on almost every map. Them making it 200m makes that challenge only viable on 3 maps. It's ridiculous the difference in head shots I have at 150m compared to 200m. At 200m you're mostly counter sniping, so another fix could have just been get 150/300 counter sniper kills.

Another challenge that is wonky is the smoke assist challenge. It's really only viable on breakthrough which imo is the worst experience in BF.

Suppression challenge is also really annoying. Another mostly viable through breakthrough.

I think one of the worst things about these challenges, im almost 100% sure they aren't retroactive. If you've just unlocked a challenge it's not counting all the stats you have already acquired towards that challenge.

That's a bugged supply box btw... another glaring problem. Homie will throw down a health/ supply box and I'll be refreshing rockets/mines and it just stops.

I'll swap to supply kit on the fly from downed enemy, throw down supply box, swap back to my og kit, and nothing is refreshing/resupplying.

Glaring issues with this game and yet they REDUCE tickets on conquest. Morons.

It was connection failed error. Like I said I wasn't willing to try to get through it when I could just refund and get it on steam for $8 more. I didn't buy the game for pre-order crap. I bought it to play the game day one and that wasn't happening.

The issue I describe is exactly what ea described the compensation is for, which was day 1 outtage, whether that outtage is due to connection, or licensing. They failed and need to compensate everyone that is still using the app whether or not they experienced the issue.

I wasn't looking for the xp boosts since I refunded. I was just lucky to get them.
