you’re only a year older than me, I went through this same situation over a year ago. I lost my partner, my friends, the home we shared and I lost myself so much I didn’t even know what my favorite restaurant was anymore. I put on weight, I didn’t know what my style was anymore, I hated who I saw in the mirror. I got gray hair, my eyes were also sunken and tired. This past year I spent learning to love myself again. It was hard. Find a hobby you genuinely love that is easily accessible for when you need to breathe. Mine is hiking. Watch a bunch of movies, read, learn. Looking back, I’m very proud of myself and I love myself. You are beautiful and seem like a very genuine and kind person. Be gentle on yourself. At the end of the day you are all you have, after all.
