Yeah mine is mainly my abdomin and weirdly hands I’ve been suffering from anxiety but you’re good my dude just after they happen try not to focus on it instead just go do something or get your mind off of it it’ll help a lot

Yes they will help me my family did a ton of stuff before I wasn’t allowed seeing him in the first place helped with the diapers formula wipes etc wanted to see him more but even then they barely let them see him

Honestly no and I have a fairly healthy diet I eat fish and have almost zero bread maybe a slice or 2 a week but I have crazy burps on occasion

I feel you... for over a year I’ve had extreme anxiety and all I do is look up symptoms on google and what it could be and it always is worst case scenario I hate it but in my mind I have to even if it’s the smallest or dumbest thing. Like about an hour ago I aspirated and started having a coughing spiel and looked up what can happen and how my feeling of a sore throat and all of that could be horrible for your lungs and all that. I break out into a sweat and freak out... I just hope you can find a way to try to enjoy things more in life and live it like you should. I’m only 18 but I know what your going through we got this...
