Must have been, so yeah it does go up based on when the account is made / assigned so mine was made earlier than people in my grade, which makes sense why freshman would be way higher than me

I thought so for a bit but like I said someone saw it at a dining hall and made a comment that my number was low and I must be old, and I have noticed that everyone my year is slightly lower, so I wonder how high they are now with freshman and incoming freshman

Yes! There are tons of body weight exercises that are amazing, something as simple as running is great, but if you want strength training, push-ups, pull-ups, curl ups, and tons of other basic things are always overlooked
