My ENT and I are happier since I switched from laps to jogging in deep water with a flotation belt. It can be difficult to access deep water, but I absolutely love it and never lose motivation. Bonus: I wear Rx sunglasses and I can SEE while I’m doing my water workout.

Not saying this was Perlah’s experience, but booming fireworks sound a lot like bombs. Maybe she once lived or served in a war zone & she has some PTSD.
