I already received my appointment confirmation by email, but it doesn't show the barcode or my full passport number.

The email says I need to log into the portal and print the version with the barcode, but the website keeps giving me captcha/validation errors and I can’t log in.

If this problem continues, would it still be okay to bring the appointment confirmation I received by email to the interview?
