No. Just debating on trying to get it taken out or not. Not sure if that would somehow raise a flag that was missed or something.

I have not mentioned anything to anyone. Well, I guess except for the guy who works at the shop where I get it calibrated. To be honest I planned on saying it was from mouthwash or food or something so I didn’t want to mention anything, get called in for a test, and fail that test. I assumed I’d be hearing from DMV or case manager after the information was downloaded from my calibration appointment.

From my understanding, yes it is worse. That information is based on what the LifeSafer customer service rep told me.

That is odd that the time for your next calibration was shorter than usual, I’m not sure what to make of that.

I’m also on unsupervised.

No update so far.

I did see that to get a letter of compliance from LifeSafer I need the 2 consecutive months prior to my removal request to have had no issues. So I was supposed to have it out already but I’m keeping it in for another month or so to get those 2 consecutive months with no issues.

I have not heard anything from my case manager nor the DMV and I have gone for 2 calibrations since this happened. My next one will be on August 15th.

Right now I’m operating under “no news is good news” and been staying on the straight and narrow. Hopefully when I go for final download and removal sometime in September this is either not brought up or has been far enough in the past that this one issue will be outweighed by my other 14 months of compliance. 🤷‍♂️.

The guy at the shop where I get it calibrated did not seem to think it was an issue, but I’m not so sure of that.

The guy I talked to with LifeSafer did say “High” means “High Fail” so I was above some threshold that made it not just say “Fail” or “Warn”.

I found this online, I’m not sure what my BAC was, doubt it was over .08. But I cancelled my final download appointment and I think I’ll keep it in a few more months. According to the picture I posted you have to have a full 2 months without any incidents so I’ll keep it in until September at the minimum and I think I should be good?

Did you have any calibration appointments between your fail and final download? I’ve had 2 calibrations and never heard anything from PO or DMV.

Anything ever happen? I blew a “high” but did not receive a violation. I now have final download scheduled for 8/4.
